Les Chantery trained as an actor and now teaches at NIDA, Australia’s prestigious and highly competitive National Institute of Dramatic Art (alumni include Cate Blanchett, Baz Luhrmann, and Sarah Snook). His book on screen auditions, “Life in a Mid-Shot” is a #1 Amazon best-seller!
Les holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University. Combining his economics degree with two decades of acting experience, Les has developed a pioneering new approach to screen acting, helping actors in high-stake moments deliver hard-hitting, game-changing auditions. Les can be quoted saying:
