Four consecutive weeks of high-impact training, each module designed so you can take action immediately. You’ll receive a sequence of exclusive, pre-recorded tutorials from Les Chantery (LC) that teach the core frameworks. Then, every week, you join LC live for two hours of coaching, tape review, and personalised adjustments.

Each week you submit a self-tape, Les personally reviews it ahead of class - you arrive ready to sharpen your performance, not just listen.

Before class, LC will personally watch your tape.

How it works

Weekly private lessons from Les Chantery deliver the signature screen acting tools used to train the most compelling performers in the studio: These pre-recorded modules fit your schedule, so you can watch at the time that best prepares you for the weekly LIVE session. These modules are essential viewing before each LIVE session because they cover the core concepts Les uses when coaching actors in the studio, ensuring you arrive primed and ready for high level work.
You receive eight hours of live coaching with Les Chantery across four immersive classes, each two hours long, with personalised feedback on your self tapes. This is the closest experience to being coached in the studio: Each LIVE session expands the weekly concepts, then takes them further through targeted activities that lock the learning into your muscle memory and on-camera instincts. Les will also do activities with you to solidify the concepts.
Scripts, checklists, and summary notes: Each week, you receive a new script, checklist, and summary notes that let you immediately implement your personalised feedback and apply a new acting and self tape tool designed to elevate your tapes. These scripts are hand selected by Les for your specific development focus, so each week targets a precise element of your craft. Every actor receives a different script based on their unique developmental needs, ensuring your work is never generic and always advancing.
Graduate access: Graduates gain exclusive access to the highly sought Ongoing Series, offered only to those who complete the Masterclass. ABOUT LES CHANTERY

Les Chantery trained as an actor and now teaches at NIDA, Australia’s prestigious and highly competitive National Institute of Dramatic Art (alumni include Cate Blanchett, Baz Luhrmann, and Sarah Snook). His books on screen auditions The Dangerous Actor and Life In A Mid-Shot are #1 Amazon best-sellers!

Les Chantery holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)-Acting from NIDA. Combining his economics degree with two decades of acting experience, Chantery has developed a pioneering new approach to screen acting, helping actors in high-stake auditions deliver hard-hitting, game-changing performances.

Les first got his start in acting opposite Vin Diesel in the cult classic sci-fi hit Pitch Black (2000). Since then he has worked with Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Nicole Kidman among many others. His clients currently appear on major projects including Dune, Saltburn, Euphoria, The White Lotus, Three Body Problem, Talk to Me, The Wilds, Home and Away, Heartbreak High, Wentworth, and many more.
